Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• PMP Certification from PMI or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience supporting a sales team.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets with pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas.
• Excellent analytical, listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Management (50%), Data Entry (50%), and Continuous Process Improvement.
• Use AI to improve efficiency in documentation, data management and reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models and multi-year revenue projections including cost analysis, pricing and cashflow forecasting.
• Develop and optimize operational procedures and technical solutions.
• Serve as go-to resource for sales reps: field questions and guide on future deals.
