Job summary

The role requires effective communication across levels and close collaboration with operations and finance teams. Responsibilities include month-end close, cost/productivity initiatives, planning/forecasting, staff training, and ensuring SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 2+ years in corporate Finance within a Fortune 500 company or consulting firm required.
• 5+ years post-MBA preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office modules.

Responsibilities

• Month-end close: journal entries, variances, GL research.
• Identify opportunities for cost/productivity improvements with operations leaders.
• Forecasting, budgeting and branch performance analysis.
• Provide financial training to business unit staff on policies and tools.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance through branch audits as needed.
• Liaise with Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting.
