Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial and analytical support to Senior Financial Management, Group Logistics Managers, and Logistics Managers. The role will involve month-end closing, forecasting, and cost/productivity initiatives.

The position is based in Florida with HQ visits to Coral Gables, and requires strong communication of complex financial information to various levels of the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Related field, Required
• MBA, Preferred
• Two (2) years to Four (4) years or more in Experience in a corporate Finance Department within a Fortune 500 Company or consulting firm, Required
• 5 years or more in Post MBA, Preferred
• Must be proficient with computers to include MS Office Intermediate, Required

Aufgaben

• Month-End Closing: journal entries to re-class revenue/expenses, variance explanations, GL research
• Operational Initiatives: identify cost/productivity opportunities with DOO/DOS/DOR
• Financial Planning & Analysis: forecasting, business planning and branch performance analysis
• Training: financial training to Business Unit staff on policies and tools
• Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance: branch audits to ensure SOX compliance
• Corporate: liaison with Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting
