Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial and analytical support to senior management, group logistics managers, and logistics managers. The role involves month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and branch performance analysis.

The candidate will train business-unit staff on financial policies and tools and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Travel to HQ occurs twice a month, with duties spanning corporate finance and cross-functional liaison work.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
• MBA is preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• 2–4 years in corporate finance in a Fortune 500 company or consulting is required.
• 5+ years post-MBA is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Month-End Closing: prepare journal entries, re-class revenue/expenses, analyze variances.
• Identify cost/productivity opportunities with DOO, DOS, DOR.
• Forecasting, budgeting, branch performance analysis (FP&A).
• Provide financial training to Business Unit staff on policies and tools.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance through branch audits.
• Act as liaison with Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting.
