Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support senior financial management and logistics leadership with financial planning, analysis and reporting.

This role involves close collaboration with operations and sales leaders to drive cost reductions and enhanced performance. The position requires strong communication, ERP and Excel skills, and will involve periodic travel to HQ locations as part of the role, with responsibilities spanning forecasting, month-end close, and SOX

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 2–4 years in corporate Finance Department within Fortune 500 company or consulting firm
• 5+ years post-MBA preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Intermediate) required.

Aufgaben

• Month-End Closing with journal entries and GL variances.
• Identify opportunities for cost/productivity improvements with DOO, DOS, and DOR.
• Forecasting, business planning, and branch performance analysis.
• Provide financial training to Business Unit staff on policies and tools.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance with branch audits as needed.
• Act as liaison with Shared Services Center and Corporate Accounting.
