Job summary

TTC, Inc. seeks a Senior Accountant to provide financial management, accounting, budget execution, and operational reporting support for the NTIA program.

The role collaborates with program leadership, budget analysts, and operations staff to deliver timely, decision-quality information. This hybrid position requires onsite presence in Washington, DC up to two to three days per week, and US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible accounting/financial analysis experience.
• At least 3 years supporting Federal Government financial management preferred.
• Strong experience with budget execution, reconciliation, financial reporting, and funds tracking.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, models, and data analysis.
• Experience developing executive-level financial reports and presenting findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, accounting support, reconciliation, and validation of financial data.
• Track funding, commitments, obligations, expenditures, and execution against plans.
• Analyze variances and identify financial trends, risks, and potential funding shortfalls.
• Support development of annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, staffing analyses, and resource allocation decisions.
• Integrate financial and operational information into dashboards and executive reports.
• Coordinate with program managers and government stakeholders.
• Support audits, data calls, and information requests.
• Develop and maintain financial SOPs and documentation.
• Identify continuous improvements and automate reporting processes.
• Prepare briefing materials translating complex data for management.
