Job summary

TTC, Inc. is seeking a Junior Budget Specialist to support NTIA budget execution, financial management, funding tracking, reporting, and resource analysis in a hybrid Washington, DC role.

You will work with senior budget staff to maintain accurate financial data, analyze resources, and provide timely insights to leadership for mission priorities. Candidates must be US Citizens with ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 2+ years budgeting, finance, accounting, or resource management experience.
• Experience collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing financial data.
• Experience maintaining budget trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Experience supporting Federal Government budgeting, finance, or accounting activities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support NTIA budget execution, financial management, and resource planning activities.
• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain budget and financial information.
• Track funding, actions, resource requirements, commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
• Assist with financial analysis, staffing and funding analyses, and resource planning.
• Support budget/financial data calls and prepare dashboards/reports.
