Job summary

TTC, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the NTIA Agile Mission Support Services contract as the primary government point of contact. The role oversees a nine-person cross-functional team handling program management, financial operations, analytics, and IT portfolio coordination.

The position is hybrid, based in Washington, DC, with onsite presence up to two to three days weekly. Ideal candidates are US Citizens who can obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or PMP certification.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including large-scale government contracts.
• Experience managing budgets exceeding $3 million.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall contract and project execution, including planning and budgeting.
• Serve as primary interface with Contracting Officer, COR, TPOC, and NTIA stakeholders.
• Direct staffing, workload prioritization, and day-to-day coordination across all task areas.
• Monitor performance, milestones, deliverables, labor-hour utilization, quality, and objectives.
• Lead contract kickoff activities and coordinate government meetings and reviews.
• Prepare and present monthly status reports on accomplishments, staffing, metrics, risks, and activities.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, and decision tracking with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with NTIA offices and external stakeholders to align with priorities.
• Ensure reports and deliverables are accurate, timely, and compliant.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on accountability and data integrity.
