Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 2+ years budgeting, finance, accounting, or resource management experience.
• 2+ years collecting, organizing, validating, and analyzing financial data.
• Experience maintaining budget trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Experience with Federal Government budgeting, finance, or accounting activities.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation or clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support NTIA budget execution, financial management, and resource planning activities.
• Collect, organize, validate, and maintain budget and financial information.
• Track funding, financial actions, resource requirements, commitments, obligations, and expenditures.
• Assist with financial analysis, staffing and funding analyses, and resource planning.
• Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Review financial information for accuracy, completeness, and reconciliation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
