Charter Schools USA Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. You will support multi-company budgeting, forecasting and financial management, performing professional-level analysis of budget data and projecting results.

Your work will help drive decisions across CSUSA's schools and programs, with emphasis on accuracy and strategic insight. The role requires leadership to mentor junior staff, develop financial models, and present complex analyses to executives.

Qualifications

• Budgeting, forecasting and accounting proficiency across income statements, balance sheets and cash flows.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and produce financial reports.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership and mentoring of junior staff, and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with multi-unit budgeting and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plans and carries out budget procedures for multiple business units; monitors expenditures and revenues monthly.
• Develops and maintains budget-monitoring models and dashboards; provides variance analysis.
• Assists with forecasts, budgets and supporting information; explains policies and procedures.
• Prepares reports for regional reporting and ad hoc requests; presents findings to leadership.
• Represents Finance in Board Meetings and mentors junior analysts as needed.
