Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or FP&A.
• Demonstrated experience developing budgets, maintaining forecasts, analyzing results, and explaining variances.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, and planning tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple budgets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage annual budgets and forecasts for each assigned Managed Services customer.
• Partner with account leaders and operations to gather assumptions and develop realistic financial plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts reflecting staffing, costs, and contractual changes.
• Maintain customer-level financial models covering revenue, labor, Opex, and drivers.
• Monitor actuals against forecasts, explain variances, and update forecasts as needed.
• Present results and recommendations to leadership in a clear, actionable manner.
