Job summary

Success Academy Charter Schools is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst to drive analytics and strategic insights for rapid growth. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will contribute to budgeting, long‑term modeling, and communicating findings to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has strong modeling skills, financial statement knowledge, and experience building scalable forecasts in a fast‑paced environment. This hybrid role is based in NYC with on‑site Tue–Thu and remote Mon/Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of FP&A experience required.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to build and work in complex financial models.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and reporting.
• Deliverables must be accurate and timely, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication across the organization and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic financial planning and forecasting for short, medium, and long term.
• Analyze monthly results and provide concise management insights.
• Lead annual operating planning and budgeting processes.
• Develop financial impact models and scenario analyses.
• Manage budget preparation, templating, and consolidation.
