Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is a premier education management organization supporting over 82,000 students across more than 150 schools. The School Operations Administrator will oversee school-level finance, HR, procurement, and compliance to ensure strong minds and good hearts in every classroom.

You will collaborate with the CSUSA Support Center and school leadership to maintain budgets, manage onboarding, payroll, grants, and IT needs while upholding CSUSA policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Computer Basics -- Windows, Internet.
• Aptitude for mathematics and the ability to concentrate on detail.
• Communication -- Oral, Written, Interpersonal (active listening)
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage HR onboarding documents in ADP/UltiPro and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain school budget and staffing matrix with Finance department.
• Oversee procurement and purchase orders with Director/Procurements.
• Manage National School Lunch program coordination with Support Center.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety procedures, and reporting requirements.
