Job summary

RTX in Plano, TX seeks a finance analyst specializing in Earned Value management (EVM). You will drive EAC updates, LRE reporting, and EV analyses to keep program budgets on track. Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline and 2+ years of experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Understanding of Earned Value (EV) and Estimates at Completion (EAC).
Active TS/SCI security clearance required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Drive development of EAC and LRE deliverables, providing financial insight to leadership.
Report Earned Value and perform EV analyses to budget, schedule and EAC positions.
Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities including funding analysis, tracking and forecasting.
Prepare ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early issue warning. Partner with PM, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
