Job summary

RTX is seeking a finance professional to drive cost and schedule reporting for a government-required program at our Plano, TX site. You will develop EAC estimates, report EV metrics, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to guide leadership decisions. A TS/SCI clearance is required to start.

Responsibilities include funding analysis, forecasting, and coordinating with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate, timely reporting. Experience with SAP/PMX is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Understanding of EV & EAC.
• Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance required before start date.
• Experience with SAP, ForProject, and PMX.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of EAC and LRE deliverables for program leadership.
• Report EV and analyze budget, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting.
• Partner across Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
