Job summary

RTX is seeking a results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our Tucson-based finance team. You will lead quarterly EAC processes, prepare forecasts, and monitor costs while ensuring compliance with EVM policies.

Collaboration with Operations Managers, Material Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Program Finance is essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP/PRISM or similar EV tools.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly EAC processes, including gathering inputs, preparing presentations, variance analysis, and risk assessment.
• Prepare financial forecasts, LREs, monitor actual costs, and explain variances to plans.
• Ensure adherence to EVM policies for programs and project updates.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Collaborate with Operations Managers, Material Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Program Finance teams.
• Report Earned Value (EV) and perform EV analysis against budget baseline and schedule.
• Conduct cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
