Job summary

RTX in East Hartford, CT is seeking a seasoned program management analyst to support the F135 military engine program. You will apply Earned Value methodologies to budgeting, scheduling, and variances while interfacing with the program team and customer.

You will provide monthly data analysis, participate in EAC reviews, and support audits and compliance activities. Strong Excel skills and US citizenship are required; EVMS and Primavera/WebEVM/SAP experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen to access program data.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel with 5+ years of analytical and trending skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management guidance to ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines.
• Facilitate monthly data reconciliation.
• Compile monthly IPMDAR reports for the Program Manager and customer.
• Support monthly and annual Estimate At Completion (EAC) reviews.
• Support compliance reviews and periodic process audits (DCAA/DCMA).
