Job summary

Financeroles is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. You will develop dashboards in Sigma and leverage AI tools like Claude to deliver actionable insights to senior management.

The role requires 3–7 years in finance/accounting, strong data skills, and the ability to translate numbers into strategic decisions. This hybrid role requires two on-site days weekly at Randolph, MN, with remaining days hybrid or at the Eden

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3–7 years of experience in an Accounting or Finance-related role with understanding of manufacturing economics.
• Advanced MS Excel and Microsoft applications; experience with Oracle; data visualization tools (Tableau/Sigma); experience with BOARD and/or Salesforce desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards in Sigma to drive data-driven decisions and maintain them.
• Facilitate the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with department leaders to analyze financial results, explain variances, and communicate key trends or risks.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Develop sophisticated models to project long-term implications of decisions.
• Partner with management to define KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-quality improvements.
• Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects to support high-level decision-making.
• Use Claude to accelerate analysis, automate recurring reporting, and draft documentation with proper review.
• Proactively identify what should be measured and why, challenging assumptions.
