Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a driven FP&A professional in California to provide financial leadership to management and the C-suite on risks and opportunities. You will build and interpret financial models to guide strategic decisions.

You will oversee monthly forecasts and the annual budget, drive automation of reporting processes, and leverage AI to enhance the speed and depth of analysis while ensuring reliability.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or business operations.
• Ability to distill complex data into clear executive presentations and defend recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to evaluate financial models critically.
