Job summary

Cambria seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis. You will build dashboards in Sigma, correlate financial results with manufacturing operations, and present insights to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in finance/accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with data visualization tools. Hybrid work is available with on-site Randolph, MN several days weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative skills with the ability to manage large datasets and link financial results to operational drivers.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling is required.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build robust dashboards and reporting in Sigma to drive decisions.
