Job summary

MacroHealth is building out its FP&A function and seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to own the rolling forecast, monthly and quarterly reporting, and the infrastructure behind them. In this builder role you will stand up models, dashboards, and automated processes, leveraging Excel, NetSuite, and AI tools like Claude to improve data quality and speed.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong written communication, and the ability to translate numbers for

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical finance role
• Experience with recurring reporting packages or variance analysis for senior audiences
• Exposure to SaaS/healthcare tech or recurring revenue environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly forecast mechanics: model maintenance, inputs, version control, actuals loads
• Refine the annual operating plan model and support multi-year strategic plan
• Run scenario analyses for growth, cost optimization, and hiring pacing
• Build and maintain cash flow/runway schedules
• Partner with managers on budget ownership, spend tracking, and variance explanations
• Collaborate with Accounting on close timing, accruals, and feeding actuals to forecast
• Translate financial results into plain language for non-finance stakeholders
• Surface risks and opportunities early to the Senior Director
