Cambria is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and dashboard reporting using Sigma and AI tools. You will translate complex data into insights for senior management and partner with operations to drive strategic outcomes.

Role requires two on-site days weekly at our Belle Plaine, MN site, with remaining days hybrid or at Eden Prairie. You will build dashboards, develop KPIs, and present analyses to leadership while advancing data quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance/business administration.
• 3–7 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Experience with manufacturing economics and cost drivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build robust reporting and dashboards in Sigma to drive data-driven decisions.
• Facilitate the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Collaborate with department leaders to analyze results and explain variances.
• Prepare and present financial reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Develop models to project long-term implications of business decisions.
• Define KPIs with management and identify data quality improvements.
• Execute ad hoc analyses and special projects for high-level decisions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate recurring reporting.
• Identify what should be measured and push for deeper questions.
