This Senior Financial Aid Specialist supports the Financial Aid function at Herzing University with policy, procedure, technology, and process optimization needs. This role requires high attention to detail and technical proficiency. The Senior Specialist also needs the ability to generate innovative ideas. The role reports to the Director of Financial Aid - Compliance and is part of the Financial Aid Compliance Team within the Home Office division.
Pay: Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, and circumstances. New employees typically do not start at the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition reimbursement, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan with company match. The hourly pay range is $27.79 to $37.60.
