Job summary

Nexamp is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Manager, Finance Transformation to lead a multi-year portfolio across Accounting and key Finance interfaces. You will drive end-to-end transformation workstreams from discovery through design, implementation, adoption, and sustainment, partnering with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes finance-domain knowledge, operating-model design, and measurable improvements, including guardrails for AI-enabled accounting use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional Finance transformation initiatives.
• Experience with ERP platforms, especially NetSuite, and finance systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a multi-year Finance transformation portfolio across Accounting and key Finance interfaces.
• Lead end-to-end transformation workstreams from discovery to implementation and sustainment.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process redesign to finance workflows and controls.
• Partner with Product & Technology to optimize NetSuite and connected systems; translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Define baselines and target measures; monitor value realization and adoption.
