Job summary

Nexamp is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Manager, Finance Transformation to lead a multi-year portfolio across Accounting and core Finance interfaces. You will own the transformation end-to-end, partnering with Finance leadership and Product & Technology to optimize NetSuite and related systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting or Finance transformation with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience redesigning Finance processes and operating models across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Tax.
• Experience with NetSuite and related Finance systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance transformation portfolio by building and maintaining an integrated roadmap across Accounting and critical Finance interfaces.
• Lead complex Finance transformation workstreams end to end from discovery through future-state design, implementation, adoption, measurement, stabilization, and transition.
• Convert existing process documentation, current-state maps, and capability work into implementation.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and organizational design methods to redesign Finance workflows, roles, handoffs, controls, and backup coverage.
• Connect financial architecture, controls, data, and technology across entities, projects, ownership structures, and tax-structures.
• Partner with Product & Technology and Finance system owners to optimize NetSuite and connected systems, including integrations and reporting.
• Build guardrails for AI-enabled accounting use cases, including audit logs and role-based access.
• Build and execute change and adoption strategies including sponsorship, communications, training, and reinforcement.
• Define and track baseline and target measures and collaborate with analytics to demonstrate value realization.
• Build reusable Finance transformation capability and mentor team members in discovery, operating-model design, and implementation.
• Build strong relationships with Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Project Finance, and Capital Markets.
