Job summary

Nexamp, a leader in clean energy, is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Manager, Finance Transformation to drive a multi-year portfolio across Accounting and Finance interfaces. You will lead defined workstreams from discovery through future-state design and implementation.

This role requires connecting Finance domain knowledge with operating-model design, process improvement, systems enablement, and change management, owning the transformation work end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-year finance transformation programs.
• Ability to connect finance knowledge with operating-model design.
• Strong program and change-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance transformation portfolio across Accounting and key interfaces.
• Lead end-to-end workstreams from discovery through future-state design and implementation.
• Define problem statements, milestones, and success measures with executive reporting.
