Job summary

Nexamp seeks a Senior Business Transformation Manager, Finance Transformation, to lead a multi-year portfolio across Accounting and key Finance interfaces, guiding design, implementation, adoption, and measurement from discovery through day-to-day operations.

This hybrid role is based in the US with offices in Boston, Chicago, or Washington, D.C.; you will collaborate with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners while driving scalable, sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, Finance transformation, strategic operations, or closely related fields.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, Finance-related work from discovery through implementation and sustainment, not just analysis.
• Strong experience redesigning Finance processes and operating models across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, or Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance transformation portfolio by building an integrated roadmap across Accounting and critical Finance interfaces.
• Lead complex Finance transformation workstreams end to end from problem framing to future-state design, implementation, and adoption.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and support design, build, testing, and deployment for NetSuite and connected systems.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and organizational design methods to redesign Finance workflows and controls.
• Define and track baseline and target measures for close cycles, data quality, and reporting timeliness; partner with analytics teams to realize value.
