Job summary

Nexamp is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Manager, Finance Transformation to lead a multi-year portfolio across accounting and critical Finance interfaces. You will guide problem framing, future-state design, implementation, adoption, and measurement, connecting finance domain knowledge with operating-model design and systems enablement.

You will report to the Director, Operations Enablement and partner with Finance leadership, Product & Technology, and cross-functional teams to drive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting, Finance transformation, or closely related field with cross-functional initiatives.
• Ownership of Finance-related work from discovery through implementation, not just analysis.
• Experience redesigning Finance processes, operating models, and controls across Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, or Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance transformation portfolio with an integrated roadmap across Accounting and Finance interfaces.
• Lead end-to-end Finance transformation workstreams from problem framing to future-state design and adoption.
• Convert process documentation and current-state maps into implementation with data analysis and interviews to validate findings.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and organizational design methods to redesign Finance workflows, roles, and controls.
• Connect financial architecture, controls, data, and technology across legal entities, projects, ownership, and intercompany relationships.
• Partner with Product & Technology and Finance system owners to optimize NetSuite and connected systems, including configurations and reporting.
• Define guardrails for AI-enabled accounting use cases with approvals, logs, and access controls.
• Build change and adoption strategies with sponsor alignment, training inputs, and measurement to ensure practice change.
