Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Senior Consulting Analyst to contribute to end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, from current-state assessments to post-implementation support. You will own workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver client-ready materials.

You will learn and apply methods across financial close, procure-to-pay, and advisory services while advancing internal tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience applying consulting, finance, accounting, operations, risk or technology to solve business problems.
• Exposure to financial close, procure-to-pay, accounting operations, data and analytics, or tech implementation.
• 2+ years of project management and change management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle from assessment to post-implementation support.
• Own workstreams and client-ready deliverables with planning, sessions, stakeholders, and training materials.
• Analyze current-state processes and data to identify root causes and provide data-informed recommendations.
• Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; communicate progress and risks.
• Develop SME in financial close, procure-to-pay or business advisory; work with listed tech tools.
• Contribute to firm growth by sharing knowledge and developing reusable tools.
• Review analysts' work and provide actionable feedback.
