Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager to lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution across client organizations in the United States. The role blends strategic direction with hands-on delivery and team leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance or transformation consulting, 3+ years of people management, and can work in a hybrid or remote setup within the US. Eligible for our bonus program and competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience solving finance, accounting, operations, technology, or transformation challenges in consulting, professional services, or an industry environment.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation engagements from strategy through execution.
• Own engagement planning and execution, including scope, milestones, budget, and governance.
• Serve as a day-to-day leader and trusted advisor for client stakeholders.
• Become a subject matter expert in financial close, procure-to-pay, or business advisory; work with Blackline, Coupa, Alteryx, Microsoft Fabric, Rossum, Savant Labs and others.
• Share knowledge, develop reusable tools and methodologies and support internal initiatives and business development.
• Lead and develop project teams by setting expectations, delegating work, and coaching members.
