Job summary

Clearsulting LLC in Cleveland, OH seeks a Senior Consulting Analyst to contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle, from current-state assessments to post-implementation support.

You will own workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and produce documentation and training materials while building trusted client relationships and identifying opportunities to create added value. Remote/hybrid options are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience solving business problems in a professional services or industry environment.
• Exposure to financial close, procure-to-pay, data and analytics, or process improvement.
• 2+ years in project management and change management principles.
• Able to learn new processes and technologies quickly in evolving client environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation lifecycle from assessment to post-implementation support.
• Own workstreams and client-ready deliverables, plan activities, coordinate stakeholders, and document recommendations.
• Analyze current-state processes, data, and controls to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Build trusted client relationships, communicate risks, and identify additional value opportunities.
• Develop SME in financial close and related areas; work with tools like Blackline, Coupa, Alteryx, etc.
• Share knowledge, develop reusable tools, and support internal initiatives.
• Review colleagues' work and provide actionable feedback to strengthen capability.
