Job summary

Flex-Tek, a division of Smiths, seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Business Process Owner (BPO) to own and govern enterprise Finance processes across the organization. You will lead process standards, controls, ERP-enabled performance, and sustainable improvements in Finance operations.

Reporting to the Director, Shared Services, you will partner with Accounting, IT, Operations, and business leaders to drive harmonization, system adoption, and data governance aligned to business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, or Business Process leadership.
• Experience leading Finance process transformation initiatives.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• ERP implementation or optimization experience preferred.
• Epicor ERP experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Finance processes including P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, Close & Consolidation, and Reporting & Controls.
• Define and maintain enterprise process standards; approve changes and monitor performance.
• Lead ERP governance, collaboration with IT, testing, deployment readiness and user adoption.
• Ensure controls, compliance, data governance, and master data management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Shared Services, IT, Operations and business leaders; guide priorities and improvements.
