Job summary

Smiths Group in Simpsonville, SC, seeks a Senior Manager in Finance Business Process Ownership to own key Finance processes and drive ERP-enabled improvements. You will partner with Accounting, Shared Services, IT, and operations to ensure scalable and compliant processes aligned to business goals.

The role focuses on process standards, controls, data governance, and future ERP transformations to support Smiths Group’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years in Finance, Shared Services, or process leadership.
• Experience leading Finance process transformation initiatives.
• Epicor ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Finance processes, incl. P2P, O2C, Fixed Assets.
• Define standards and monitor process performance.
• Lead ERP governance and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure controls, data governance and regulatory readiness.
• Collaborate with IT, Shared Services, and business leaders.
