Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Planning to lead high-impact initiatives that guide where to play, how to win, and what to do. You will partner with senior leaders to prioritize growth opportunities, strengthen decision-making, and drive financial objectives across Cox Automotive and its business units.

In this role, you will guide engagements from definition through execution, building models, conducting analyses, and communicating concise recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; 12+ years of strategic planning and/or management consulting experience preferred.
• MS degree with 10+ years of experience or 16+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic planning engagements from definition through execution.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for investment decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize growth opportunities and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Communicate strategies to executive audiences and influence decisions across the enterprise.
