Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Business Process Design & Improvement Senior Analyst for the Order to Cash (O2C) function.

This role partners with stakeholders to design, improve, and govern end-to-end O2C processes including Billing, Cash Application, and Revenue Operations. The Senior Analyst leads cross-functional projects, analyzes complex problems, gathers requirements, and supports change management, training, and adoption.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline; 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree plus 2+ years of experience; or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in business process analysis, design, and continuous improvement.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements and mapping processes.
• Experience in cross-functional projects and change management.
• Strong communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects end-to-end from scoping to delivery.
• Provide thought leadership for cross-functional teams and governance.
• Understand O2C system integrations and data impacts.
• Identify best practices to optimize processes across O2C functions.
• Develop change recommendations, testing strategies, and success measures.
• Support implementation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze processes, document requirements, and measure outcomes.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to analyze problems and propose solutions.
• Build partnerships and communicate effectively across the organization.
