Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Senior Analyst for Business Process Design & Improvement in Order to Cash (O2C). You will partner with stakeholders to design and improve cross-functional processes—across Billing, Cash Application, AR Management, Collections, and Revenue Operations—to optimize performance and user experience.

You will gather requirements, map processes, and implement changes leveraging AI-enabled insights and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience; or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in business process analysis, design, continuous improvement, or related business transformation work.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, and evaluating alternatives using analytical tools.
• Ability to work under pressure, shift priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end from scoping and planning through execution and delivery.
• Provide thought leadership to cross-functional teams, including resource estimation, milestone planning, facilitation, change management, and status reporting.
• Understand O2C system integrations and upstream and downstream impacts on processes and data.
• Identify best practices to optimize people, processes, and technology across O2C functions.
• Provide process design and improvement support across units and large, integrated processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities across product development, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support solution design and project management.
• Support day-to-day activities of the O2C process excellence function.
• Analyze business models and processes, including inputs, outputs, controls, dependencies, and user/customer experience.
• Develop change recommendations, testing strategies, and success measures; evaluate effectiveness.
