Job summary

Kaltura seeks a highly motivated Senior Finance Operations Manager to join our Finance organization. You will partner with the EVP FP&A to strengthen planning, modeling, pricing, and investor relations, translating complex data into clear insights.

The role blends hands-on financial modeling with business judgment, requires excellent communication, and offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities to influence company-wide strategy and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA is an advantage for progression and broad strategic view.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term financial models and scenario analyses.
• Support annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning.
• Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and recommendations.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Product and other stakeholders.
• Analyze revenue performance and key SaaS and operating metrics.
• Lead pricing, costing analyses and profitability assessments.
• Drive cross-functional financial projects and process improvements.
