Job summary

Credera is seeking a senior FP&A leader to drive the North America FP&A function, partnering with the NA CEO and regional leaders to align financial planning with strategic objectives.

You will manage a small FP&A team, own the budgeting and forecasting processes, and collaborate with the Global CFO on long-term goals and governance. Strong leadership, communication, and global perspective are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Significant FP&A or commercial finance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NA FP&A function including planning, forecasting, performance management and reporting.
• Partner with the NA CEO and Regional Leadership Team on commercial performance and investments.
• Manage and develop FP&A professionals (FP&A Manager and FP&A Analyst).
• Own annual budgeting process with NA Leadership and Operations.
• Establish financial controls, policies and governance within FP&A.
