Job summary

CCS Fundraising seeks a Finance Business Manager to partner with executives, lead budgeting and forecasting, and drive data-driven decisions across the organization. You will build financial models, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or business management.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience building forecasts, budgets, and business cases.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and finance systems proficiency.
• Experience supporting senior executives.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or complex environments.
• Understanding of business drivers and financial performance management.
• Experience automating reporting or improving finance processes.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop models, forecasts, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, and report insights to leadership.
• Own monthly reviews, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to inform investments and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes.
