RTX Corporation is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (M4) to lead a portfolio of international and domestic programs within CUAS. You will oversee program controls, EV reporting, EACs, and annual planning while guiding a growing team of analysts.

The role partners with senior CUAS leadership to drive forecasts and decision support. Hybrid onsite/remote work is available with a US-based footprint, and the candidate should reside within commutable distance to Andover, MA, or other approved

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant finance experience.
• Experience in program cost, schedule and/or control environments.
• Experience with Earned Value reporting and leadership of teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead program controls, external EV reporting and EAC processes.
• Provide finance leadership across CUAS programs and teams.
• Communicate forecasts and drive risk and opportunity management.
