Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Finance professional to join the Qatar Patriot FMS program within the LADS Mission Area. Hybrid work (onsite in MA/Tewksbury area with remote options) and close collaboration with the Program Manager and in-country leads will be essential.

You will manage cost control, EVMS, and budgeting for sustainment contracts, with a focus on transparency and timely reporting. The role requires 5+ years in finance/EVM, experience with EACs, SAP and related Raytheon systems, and

Qualifications

Typically requires a BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & a minimum of 5 years related work experience; OR an Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years related work experience
Experience with Estimates at Completion (EAC's) or similar systems
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience with Raytheon business systems, including SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems

Responsibilities

Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
Provide monthly variance and data analysis
Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) ensuring transparency and accurate reporting for in country operations
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
Provide support to Proposals Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management ensuring financial control and compliance
