Job summary

RTX is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to lead the CUAS/LADS portfolio finance, including controls, EV reporting, EACs, and forecasting. You will guide a growing team of analysts and coordinate across functions to deliver timely business insights.

The role blends onsite and remote work, with a preference for candidates near Andover, MA; Tucson, AZ; Huntsville, AL or McKinney, TX. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in program cost, schedule and/or control environment
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) reporting
• Experience guiding teams and developing staff

Responsibilities

• Lead program controls, EV reporting, and EACs for LIDS International programs
• Manage a team of financial analysts and develop talent
• Support program definitization and contract negotiations
• Provide accurate financial forecasts and workforce planning
