Zusammenfassung

UKG is seeking a seasoned Principal Software Development Engineer to lead finance-oriented ERP design, integration, and AI-enabled automation on a global scale. This role partners with Finance leaders, Product Owners, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions across ERP platforms like SAP S/4HANA or Dynamics 365.

The candidate will drive data migration, QA, and go-live activities while shaping AI governance and innovation, with a strong emphasis on process standardization and

Qualifikationen

10+ years delivering enterprise Finance technology solutions and ERP implementations.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP architecture, and data management.
Experience leading data migration and QA for large ERP programs.
Collaborates across Finance, Product, Architecture, and Engineering.

Aufgaben

Lead end-to-end Finance solutions across core processes (R2R, O2C, GL, A/R, Asset, Tax, Intercompany).
Define business requirements and deliver scalable ERP solutions with global standardization.
Oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
