Job summary

Drucker Diagnostics seeks a Controller to serve as a senior financial leader partnering with the President and leadership team. The role manages cost accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and cash management while driving financial reporting and risk management across the organization.

The Controller will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and real-time analysis of performance, delivering actionable insights and ensuring precision in financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA/master’s preferred.
• Minimum eight years of accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with ERP in manufacturing preferred.
• Alternate education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify drivers of performance and implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for growth, supply chain, and capital investments.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and automate reporting processes.
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and cash management.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for executive leadership.
• Supervise accounting team and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
