The District Controller reports to the Vice President of Finance and has dotted line to the Division President, acting as a true business partner across all functions and driving short- and long-term strategy.

The role emphasizes strong internal controls, GAAP compliance, and collaboration with customers, suppliers and key third parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred; MBA desired.
• 5–10 years of experience as a Controller.
• Experience managing multiple locations.
• Strong cost accounting skills and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Finance to set goals, policies and financial strategy for budgeting and accounting.
• Oversee finance for multiple locations and ensure internal controls.
• Lead preparation of financial statements and GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Manage external audits, tax compliance and relationships with CPA firms.
• Drive cash flow optimization and working capital management.
• Lead ERP deployment and ongoing system operations.
