The Controller will lead and enhance all finance operations, delivering accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls and actionable insights to leadership while serving as a strategic partner across the organization. This role is responsible for preparing financial statements for internal, audit and tax purposes; improving KPI reporting; conducting analysis; supporting acquisitions through consolidation modeling; and forecasting cash flow. The Controller will oversee the general ledger and monthly close process, including reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets and transaction accuracy, while partnering with teams to optimize A/R and A/P and drive cash flow. Additionally, this role will own financial systems, implement process improvements and automation, maintain data integrity and act as the primary contact for auditors and tax advisors. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred), has five to 10 years of experience, strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, experience with accounting systems and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
