Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred; MBA desired.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Finance to develop goals, policy and financial strategy.
• Lead preparation of financial statements and operating reports with GAAP compliance.
• Manage multiple division locations and cross-functional coordination.
• Oversee compliance with DOL, IRS, 401(k), and other regulations.
• Coordinate with CPA firm for external audits and tax reporting.
