Job summary

Drucker Diagnostics seeks a Controller to partner with the President and leadership team, overseeing accounting, finance, and reporting in a manufacturing setting. You will lead a team responsible for cost accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and cash management, driving performance and risk management.

You will provide real-time financial analysis, guide budgeting, and present to executives, while shaping controls and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate leadership and emotional intelligence that inspires teams.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills to simplify complex information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Experience with ERP systems in manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting tools is expected.
