Job summary

Drucker Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a Controller to lead the finance organization and partner with the President on strategy and execution. You will manage a team responsible for cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting, while driving cash management, risk control, and data analytics.

The ideal candidate has a CPA or equivalent, 8+ years in accounting/finance, ERP experience (EPICOR preferred), and strong leadership, communication, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• Minimum eight years’ experience in accounting or finance.
• ERP experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify drivers of performance and implement measures to improve productivity and cost control.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support for growth, supply chain, and capital projects.
• Drive continuous improvement by automating data gathering and simplifying reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes with key inputs and cost-savings.
• Deliver real-time analysis of results and translate into actionable plans.
• Oversee all accounting functions: general, cost, AP/AR, billing, GL, payroll, and reconciliations.
