Parkson Corporation in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Controller to lead the Accounting function, manage monthly closes, and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.

You will partner with the CFO and cross-functional leaders, strengthen internal controls, and oversee audits, with opportunities to expand into treasury and corporate finance as the business grows.

The role requires a CPA, 10+ years in accounting, 5+ years in leadership, and manufacturing ERP experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably as a Controller or Director of Finance.
• Strong ERP knowledge; manufacturing ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and external audits.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting.
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
• Lead external audits and coordinate required supporting documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand operational performance and profitability.
• Lead and develop the Accounting team with clear accountability.
• Serve as liaison with the parent company's Finance team.
• Drive ERP data integrity and process improvement initiatives.
